• No confession - do not provide law enforcement with the very means to prosecute when they lack sufficient evidence to do so.
• Be polite - do not lie or become hostile with police. Added charges exist for lying to the police or obstructing, resisting, or delaying an investigation. Simply refuse to answer any questions and refer them to your attorney. Let us do the work for you.
